Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between [Your Company Name] (“Company”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”). By signing up for the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Commission Structure:
1.1. The Company will pay the Affiliate a commission of 15% for each sale of [Your Company Name]’s discount card that is generated through the Affiliate’s unique affiliate link.
1.2. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount after any discounts, refunds, or chargebacks.
2. Payment:
2.1. Commissions will be paid out in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
2.2. A minimum payout threshold of IDR 100,000 applies. Commissions must reach this minimum threshold before a payout is initiated.
2.3. Payments will be made on a [Monthly/Quarterly] basis, [specify payment schedule, e.g., on the 15th of each month]. If the Affiliate’s commissions have not reached the minimum payout threshold during a payment period, they will be carried over to the next payment period until the threshold is met.
3. Termination:
3.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
3.2. The Affiliate may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
4. Promotion:
4.1. Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing and promotional activities. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. Affiliates are encouraged to use the marketing materials provided by the Company, but are not limited to these materials. Creativity in promotion is welcome.
5. Confidentiality:
5.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information provided by the other party.
6. Miscellaneous:
6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
6.2. This Agreement may be amended by the Company at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
6.3. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

8. Content Restrictions:
8.1. Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Bali.com discount card in a manner that:
a. Is violent, discriminatory, or promotes hate speech.
b. Contains explicit, adult, or sexually explicit material.
c. Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
d. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
8.2. Affiliates are expected to promote Bali.com’s discount card in a professional, ethical, and responsible manner.
8.3. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program if it is found that the Affiliate has violated any of these content restrictions and withhold the commission balance until no bad-intent has been at play.
By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to these content restrictions, and you understand that violating them may result in termination from the program.
